SPC Immobilier was founded in 2002 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Over the years, the Agency has continued to grow in Intermediation and building on Experience, Acquisition, Renovation, Transformation, and Home-Staging.
The success comes to our business and expands its sales all over Switzerland and France.
In 2017, we opened a New Office in Lisbon, Portugal, to meet the needs of our Partners, International Investors, who wish to expand their Commercial Activities in Portugal.
Starting 2019, we expand our activities for residential and commercial brokerage, following strong local demand.
SPC IMOBILIÁRIA PORTUGAL - REAL ESTATE: True to its Swiss origins as a "Natural Effect of Our Mission 2019", it has developed a three- and five-year Business Plan that we update annually and then adjust it quarterly.
